In Memory of Graf Anton-Wolfgang von Faber-Castell

The German-British Society Nuremberg mourn Count Anton-Wolfgang von Faber-Castell, who was a member for many years and who died on Thursday, 21st January 2016 in his house in Houston/USA.

During the numerous years of his membership he opend many a door for the society and established contacts taht proved very helpful.

The society will not forget the opportunities he gave us to visit the production places of his firm as well as his many invitations to have our summer party at his stately home, Schloss Stein, in the town of the same name.

Those who knew him personally, will remember him as an affable person and a witty partner in conversation, whose anglophile character was always noticeable.

Our society will always honour the memory of count Anton-Wolfgang von Faber-Castell ein ehrendes Andenken bewahren.
